Culinary, Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Camp 2023

This camp is open to students in grades 9-12. Students will be given recipes to execute according to the theme of the cuisine of the day. Campers will be able to consume a portion of their food while packaging the remaining portions to take with them. This is a great opportunity for students to get their first exposure to what “scratch cooking” is in addition to being exposed to new cuisines. It will also be a great first-hand experience to see how a commercial kitchen operates and where the behind-the-scenes magic really happens.
